Vacation!

Hello! I just wanted to let you know that I have the great blessing right now of being on vacation in the Lovely Comox Valley, on Stunning Vancouver Island in Beautiful British Columbia. While I’ll be doing a bit of writing on my vacation, I will be out of my normal posting routine for a couple of weeks.

In the meantime, this seems as good time to remember that vacation is an important form of rest, which can itself be a sacred practice.
